A Southerner living up north, I play drums, piano and pretend to play guitar.  I gave up the chance for a luxurious life as a full-time musician to become an Air Force pilot.  I'm living both my dreams and I now have the cash flow to fund my recording habit. 

 Studied piano for 27 years and counting, playing drums now for 30+ years in groups ranging from Motown/Stax and big bands to country, rock, pop, jazz, latin, and gospel.  I spent my college years in New Orleans and my influences are strongly in that gumbo of musical styles....from jazz to funk to zydeco.  I'm also constantly studying the arts of recording, engineering, mixing and mastering. 

  I continue to compose and perform in between family time and fun trips abroad to fight Giant Ants.
